WeHeart Therapy - YouTube channel and podcast - May 2024 Dr Belle and I discussed working with EFT with couples where both have histories of trauma that swoop in and really impact their relationship. I shared how I work with these couples in a slow, collaborative and validating way. |
BEFT Centre - Celia Hardwick interviewing me about the LGBTQ+ Centred EFT Externship - July 2022
In July I (Sandra Taylor) led the world's first LGBTQ+ centred EFT Externship with Robert Allan, a trainer based in the USA. We had 25 participants from several countries and 12 helpers - from Britain and from North America. It was an amazing experience with a huge range of diversity in sex, gender, sexual orientation, race, culture, dis/ability, religion, etc. It was a wonderful experience and I was interviewed by Celia Hardwick about it. |

On The Ball with Eniko Toth: 19. Reconnect With Your Partner By Getting Out Of The Negative Cycles w/Sandra Taylor on Apple Podcasts 2021
"We are fed with the idea of "Happily ever after", the price and the princess... however we don't have real examples in our society on the fact that you have to work on relationships. And that work in itself is wonderfully connecting" - Dr Sandra Taylor, Emotionally Focused Therapist and the coordinator of BEFT is joining Eniko Toth on the podcast today.
-- Today Sandra and I will dig into the cycles we get into in our relationships on a regular basis. The negative cycles where we can get triggered for little obvious reason and lead to familiar arguments. Today we will discuss how to get out of these negative cycles, slow down and reconnect with our partners. We will talk about attachment theory and the map that can guide us in creating, healing and sustaining love.

In 2020 I was honoured to be asked to be one of the 1000 presenters at the Embodiment Conference. Here is a very accessible introduction to EFT. |

EFT theory explored
These are sessions led by Sandra Taylor as part of the British EFT Centre's DMT - Decision Making Team. The three DMT members wanted to offer free learning opportunities in 2020 during the dreadful time of corona virus. We now also offer the recordings to anyone interested in Emotionally Focused Therapy. My sessions are focused on specific elements of EFT theory - lots of slides. |
